Description: Breathing together A Family mindfulness session in the park With Stefanie Tong Come with your children and learn skills to get through those stressful and anxious times. Stefanie will lead the group through guided breathing and movement combined with sensory activities. Each family will receive a resource package to take home, as well as a chance to win ‘I am Peace - A book of Mindfulness by Peter Reynolds’ We will also have refreshments to enjoy afterwards.
