The Family Resource Centres are designed to encourage children to learn through play focusing on early literacy experiences strengthening parenting skills and promoting family and community engagement. We provide a child-friendly learning environment that stimulates brain development. Children then learn to socialize and acquire skills that help prepare them for life. Parents are encouraged to observe and participate in activities that assist early learning and discover new ways to support their children’s learning at home. Valentine's Day Event!
Fun activities and free books for families with children birth to 5 year olds in the morning. And, from 4-7pm there is an Amazing Race for families with children 6-12 years old. There will also be giveaway bags, with information on all the useful, free, supports and services for families in Delta! Come out and join us!
