We meet and work on the traditional and ancestral territory of the Hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ speaking peoples, including Tsawwassen and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam).
Traditional territories often overlapped and this was not always noted in setter records. Permission to visit, stay, gather, hunt, and fish would also have been given to other nations from time to time based on relationships and cultural protocols. As such, we recognize amoung others, our neighbours the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Tsleil-Waututh, Semiahmoo, Katzie, Kwikwetlem, Kwantlen, Hwiltsum, and Qayqayt First Nations whose relationship to the land is both historic and ongoing.
