Healthiest Babies Possible offers individual and group sessions focused on pregnancy, healthy eating, general physical health emotional well being, breastfeeding and infant care. Our service lasts from pregnancy until you baby turns 6 months old. All services are free and confidential. Self-referrals accepted.

Deltassist (Young Parent Outreach program)
Deltassist offers young parents up to age 21 support, parenting education and mentoring. Our counsellors help young parents meet personal goals while encouraging healthy pregnancy and development of their children. We also help young parents acquire the infant supplies needed to care for a baby and connect them to other community resources that will prove helpful during their pregnancy and in raising their child.
