We know how important you are, and that you might need some support now too. We are also parents of kids with mental health and/or substance use challenges. We are here for you and want to help. We help children and young people by helping their family and other caring adults. Healthiest Babies Possible offers individual and group sessions focused on pregnancy, healthy eating, general physical health emotional well being, breastfeeding and infant care. Our service lasts from pregnancy until you baby turns 6 months old. All services are free and confidential. Self-referrals accepted.
