We provide emotional support, information, resources, and help in navigating services for parents & caregivers of a child, youth or young adult with a mental health and/or substance use challenge.
We know how important you are, and that you might need some support now too. We are also parents of kids with mental health and/or substance use challenges. We are here for you and want to help.
We help children and young people by helping their family and other caring adults. Your family matters to us-we know children and young people do better when the adults who care about them are supported. OUR SERVICES ARE FREE. NO WAITLIST. WE GET IT.

Deltassist (Young Parent Outreach program)
Deltassist offers young parents up to age 21 support, parenting education and mentoring.
Our counsellors help young parents meet personal goals while encouraging healthy pregnancy and development of their children.
We also help young parents acquire the infant supplies needed to care for a baby and connect them to other community resources that will prove helpful during their pregnancy and in raising their child.
