Delta Gymnastics

Kids know how much fun it is to play and move, but what they don’t know, is that they’re training for all the sports they will play later in life! That’s why Active Start classes use unstructured play – climbing, running, rolling and jumping – in our coach-led classes to develop the ABCs of physical literacy: agility, balance, coordination and speed. Delta Thistle Curling Association

The Delta Thistle Curling Club offers an excellent junior curler development program for curlers ages 9-18. Each Saturday morning between late September and early March, junior curlers learn and practice basic curling shot-making, sweeping skills and gain experience with rules and strategies of the game from our volunteer coordinators and instructors.
